    On the voice leg, this streams the call audio to the AI in real time and speaks the reply back, so the conversation stays a conversation.

  3. The AI layer

    The model that understands the question, decides what to do, and writes the answer.

  4. Session memory

    The reason Otus knew you when you changed channel — one session, one person, across voice and messaging.

  5. Human escalation path

    When Otus cannot help, it hands off. In the lounge today that hand-off is to a Solutions Architect standing a few feet away.
